Booking Terms and Conditions
Online Bookings
All online bookings for real time operators must be paid in full at time of booking. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
A non refundable booking fee of $2.75 applies to all online and telephone bookings.
Accommodation
- More than 21 days prior to arrival: Deposit of one night's accommodation to be paid within 7 days of booking. Balance due 21 days prior to arrival date
- Within 21 days of arrival: Full payment within 7 days of booking
- Within 7 days of arrival: Full payment at the time of confirmation
- Amendments to existing booking: $20.00 per amendment (within 7 days of booking an amendment fee does not apply)
- Additional terms and conditions apply for group bookings
- Additional terms and conditions apply for all bookings made during Ironman, from 24th to 31st March 2010 inclusive. For further information see below

Car Hire

Cancellation Conditions
Accommodation
- More than 21 days prior to arrival: Booking fee of $20.00
- 21 – 7 days prior to arrival: One night's accommodation
- Within 7 days of arrival date: No refund (Enforced at the discretion of the VIC Supervisor and the operator)
- Bookings at the counter only: Full refund to the client if the cancellation takes place within the same working day that the booking was made - before 5pm weekdays, and 4pm on weekends
- Additional terms and conditions apply for group bookings
- Additional terms and conditions apply for all bookings made during Ironman, from 24th to 31st March 2010 inclusive, see below
