Greater Port Macquarie Tourism Support

 Our services provided complimentary to organisers include :

Delegate Registrations

The team at the Visitor Information Centre has extensive experience in managing delegate registrations using the latest Event Management technology – Event Pro.

The fee that applies to managing delegate registrations is $40.00 per delegate (plus gst) and includes:

  • Expenses directly related to the management of delegate registrations such as postage of registration confirmations, telecommunication, credit card merchant fees, stationery, administrative hours to process registrations and support during registrations.
  • Assistance with design and layout of delegate registration form including registration cancellation/amendment conditions, and accommodation booking conditions and cancellation policies.
  • Provision of a 1300 enquiry and booking phone line for delegates available 7 days a week
  • Experienced personnel assigned to the management of delegate registrations and to man the registration desk at the start of the conference.
  • Provision of an accommodation and tour booking service for conference delegates and accompanying partners.
  • Provide financial reconciliation, progress and post conference reports on the following: -
    - Registered Delegates
    - Speaker session preferences
    - Social activity preferences
    - Tours booked
    - Delegate accommodation
  • Promotion of the conference via Greater Port Macquarie tourism website, what’s on newsletter and press releases.
