An active part of the region's artisan food industry for over a decade, this family owned and operated business has recently opened the doors to welcome visitors to their brand new premises - located in an emerging cluster of food and beverage makers in Port Macquarie’s light industrial area.
The solar-powered factory features a showroom and shop, where visitors can taste and purchase gourmet food products made on the premises, as well as watch the ingredients being processed and the jams and relishes being made through a viewing window into the kitchen.
Handmade with care, no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives are added to any products. The facility is HACCP certified, allergen free, and all products are 100 percent natural, vegan friendly and suitable for people with gluten intolerance.
