Animals on Country Mural

This culturally inspired mural designed by indigenous artists Angela Marr and Mel Streater, celebrates the abundant saltwater, freshwater, land and sky fauna found at the gateway between Birrbay and Dhanggati Country.

Four pylons of the Wilson River Bridge at Log Wharf have been decorated with vibrant murals featuring some of the local native animals: turtle, dolphin, bullshark, bandicoot, echidna, cockatoo, and the endangered Fritillary butterfly.
