Every June Long Weekend, Flamin' Dragons host their annual Regatta at Rock's Ferry Reserve, Wauchope. Visiting clubs from around the State come to compete on the glorious Hastings River and spend time visiting the sights of the greater Port Macquarie region.
Dragon boat teams will compete in a 2000 metre turn race, which is all about the skill of turning a 13 metre boat as tightly as possible three times on a course.
Sunday will highlight dragon boating's sprint racing - 200 metres of fast and furious racing.
