Illalangi is a spacious, modern home with a swimming pool and beautiful ocean views. Private setting, the house backs onto the Kattang National Park Nature Reserve. Pilot Beach, a safe swimming beach, and Wash House Beach are at the end of the street, just three minutes walk. Relax in the poolside cabana. Take a stroll along the Camden Haven River. The hike to Point Perpendicular is well worth it, even the kids can walk it, the trail starts at the end of the street, a round trip of four kilometres. You can see blow holes and many wildflowers in season, and when lucky and spot migrating whales between May-Nov. Modern conveniences abound free WiFi, aircon, Netflix and Foxtel.

Downstairs, the air-conditioned living features two lounge areas, a dining and a modern fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking. The dining area opens up to a fantastic outdoor entertaining area with alfresco covered dining and barbecue space, a solar-heated salt-water swimming pool (excl. winter), poolside cabana with lounge chairs. A tropical garden surrounds the pool makes you instantly relax. Bedrooms are upstairs, master with ensuite. Main bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower, separate toilet. Both bathrooms are modern.
