Guests are warmly invited to join the Monday Evening Meditation Lounge — a quiet, nourishing space to pause, breathe, and come home to oneself.
Each Monday evening, participants gather for a period of silent meditation, followed by a Sacred Talking Circle, where those who wish may share from the heart in a respectful, compassionate space. The evening closes with a cuppa, allowing time to soften into gentle connection and ease.
Hosted by Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and Psychologist Simonette Vaja, guidance is provided with a 20 minute silent meditation. It is a space to simply be — to sit together in presence, to listen deeply, and to be held in community.
Whether seeking stillness, reflection, or quiet companionship, all are most welcome.
