Larrikins Lock-up

Old and enchanting places are rare, Larrikins Lock-up provides special experiences in our garden centre, wood gallery, gift centre and picnic grounds. More than 115 years ago the structures appeared, but it is the trees and expansive lawn areas, surrounded by the Thone River that help create the unique and peaceful charm.

The restored 1905 buildings include Comboyne’s first Police Station, while the original Police Lock-up is home to unique hand-made woodcraft items made from native salvaged local timber and ceramics. It’s the perfect spot to pick up gifts and unique decoration items made by local artists for the home and garden. Our retail garden centre has a variety of healthy plants, trees and available suitable for attracting native birds to your garden.

Coffee and hot food is available so you can picnic or stroll around the lawns.
